Our Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

What's Covered

  • Size exchanges — free of charge
  • Manufacturing defects — full refund or replacement
  • Change of mind — subject to quality check

What's Not Covered

  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Final sale / discounted items (marked clearly)
  • Damage due to improper use or care

How to Initiate a Return

Email Us

Write to Contact Support with your order ID and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.

Pack Your Item

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags. Include your order slip or a note with your order ID inside.

Pickup or Ship

We'll arrange a free pickup from your address, or you can ship to our facility. We'll provide the shipping label.

Quality Check & Refund

Once received, our team will inspect within 48 hours. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Policy

Size Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges. If your piece doesn't fit, we'll send the right size — no additional shipping charges. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Color / Variant Exchanges

To exchange for a different color or variant, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures faster processing.
