What is EKAAEVA's design philosophy?+

EKAAEVA is built on the belief that true luxury is restraint. We create timeless, trendless garments designed to be worn for years — not seasons. Every piece is crafted from natural fibres with meticulous attention to silhouette, drape, and detail.

What materials do you use?+

We work exclusively with natural fibres — organic cotton, linen, responsibly sourced wool, and Tencel. No synthetics. No compromises. Each material is chosen for its breathability, durability, and how it ages with you.

How do I find my size?+

Check our detailed Size Guide with measurements for each category. Still unsure? Email us at Contact Support with your height, weight, and preferred fit — we'll recommend the perfect size within 24 hours.

What is your return policy?+

We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Size exchanges are free. See our full Returns & Exchange policy for details.

How long does shipping take?+

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days across India. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available at checkout. Orders above ₹5,000 ship free. See Shipping Information for details.

Do you ship internationally?+

We currently ship across India. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch globally.

How do I track my order?+

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also enter your Order ID on our Track Order page anytime.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (₹49 fee). All transactions are 256-bit SSL encrypted.

How do I care for my EKAAEVA pieces?+

We recommend cold machine wash with similar colours, gentle cycle. Air dry in shade. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Detailed care instructions are included with each garment.

Can I change or cancel my order?+

You can modify your order within 2 hours of placement. Email Contact Support with your Order ID and requested changes. Orders already in processing cannot be modified.
